RETURN POLICY

Fortrove has a no-hassle return policy. We accept returns on all our items within 5 days of you receiving it. A refund will be processed the way the purchase was made within 2 working days of us receiving the item. There are no restocking fees and no extra hidden fees for returning an item. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back fully insured and to supply tracking number to Fortrove. The item must be in the same condition it was received by the buyer for a full refund. If the item is not in same condition and requires repairs the purchaser is responsible for repair fees. If the item is beyond repair Fortrove reserves the right to deny the return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Item must include tracking and insurance for purchased amount. Items must be in same condition as received.
